“What is the training wheel method?”
It is an analogy used by Coach Sam to describe his 3 month coaching program. He compares the process to learning how to ride a bike for the first time. In the begining training wheels are often used to help with balance and guidance with the goal to eventually you get to a point where they come off and you can ride confidently. Sam’s program works similar to that process. In a 3 month period, he will coach you up on training and nutrition until you reach a level where you are fully confident to stand on your own in regard to training and nutrition where you no longer need his coaching.
How much does the program cost?
Sam is very flexible and offers pricing that can fit any budget! Pricing isn’t one set price it is ultimately determined by the specific goals of the individual.
What if I don’t like the program?
Sam offers a 7-day RISK-FREE trial for newcomers to try out the training wheel method under Sam’s guidance. After the trial, you will be asked if you enjoyed your experience and whether or not you’d like to continue on the full program.
How long long until I see results?
Results start when YOU start. Coach Sam always mentions others will take notice change in physique or facial features before you do. This is due to the fact you get used to looking at yourself every day so minimal changes can go unnoticed to. Typically Coach Sam advises completing the whole 90 days. He believes once you see what you accomplished in just 90 days you’ll begin to wonder what you can you can accomplish by day 180!
